No. The 30-day pilot is free and requires no card. We email you at day 25 to remind you that the trial is ending.
Your dashboard goes read-only for 7 days. You can still export everything. After 7 days of inactivity, we archive the clinic record. Nothing is deleted in V1.
V1 is intentionally non-PHI. We store name, email, phone, dose adherence, and symptom logs (mood/energy/sleep scales). No diagnoses, no SSN, no lab results, no clinical notes. See /security for the full breakdown.

No. Adheros runs alongside Vagaro, Boulevard, Square, GoHighLevel, or whatever you use. We focus on the post-visit window between appointments. We don't book, charge, or manage your calendar.
Yes. The Bulk Import page accepts a CSV with full_name, email, phone, dob. Up to 500 patients per upload. We dedupe against your existing clinic roster automatically.
Yes. The Multi plan supports unlimited providers + role assignments (owner, MD, manager, staff). Invite via email magic link from /app/clinic/team.
